Messaging Terms

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Read this together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program

Naomi by Navora is an assistant you text. Once you give us your mobile number and agree, Naomi texts you at that number to help with everyday work during recovery: replies to your messages, links to your recovery plan and daily log, check-ins at the time you choose, task updates, reminders, and membership notices. These are service messages that you asked for. They are not marketing.

By entering your number and agreeing, you consent to receive these automated texts from Navora at that number. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. You can use your own phone number only, and you must be at least 18.

2. Message frequency

The number of texts varies with what you ask Naomi to do and the check-in time you choose. Expect roughly one daily check-in plus replies and task updates when you are active. Naomi may send more on days when you are working through a task together.

3. Cost

Navora does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, depending on your plan. Texts sent as iMessage use your data connection.

4. How to stop

You can stop texts from Naomi at any time by deleting your account: sign in at app.navorahq.com, open Profile, and tap Delete my account. That stops every text, cancels your membership, and deletes what you shared with Naomi. You can also email privacy@navorahq.com from the address you used with us and ask us to stop texting you, and we will. You can also tell Naomi you want the texts to stop and she will show you how.

If you stop and later want to hear from Naomi again, text her yourself or sign up again at navorahq.com/join. We keep a minimal record of your number and your choice so we can honor it.

5. How to get help

Text Naomi or email privacy@navorahq.com for help with texts. In an emergency, call 911. For a suicide or mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and some texts can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on a text for anything urgent.

7. Privacy and your information

Texts are not a secure clinical channel. They can be seen by carriers and by anyone with access to your phone or lock screen. Avoid sending detailed medical records or highly sensitive information by text.

We use the mobile number and the content of your messages only to run the service described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your number or share it with third parties for their marketing. Message and mobile-number information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Supported carriers and eligibility

The service is intended for mobile numbers in the United States. Participating carriers vary, and a number that cannot receive texts or iMessage may not be able to use the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Messaging Terms and will post the new date here. For questions, email privacy@navorahq.com. These terms work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
